Cancelling and rearranging your appointment

Appointments cancelled more than 48 hours before the appointment starting are entitled to a full refund.

If appointment has been cancelled with less than 48 hours before the appointment starting, you will only be entitled to a 50% refund.

If appointment has been cancelled or rearranged within 24 hours before the appointment starting, you will not be entitled to a refund.
